Whinney Hill - The Brief
This site had a difficult planning history with a series of previous applications that had either been refused or withdrawn. The site lies within the Queensbury Conservation area and was formerly used for allotments. Despite proving an awkward site with difficult site access, MAS Design Consultants won planning permission for ten three bedroom dwellings with an altered highways access to serve the new development. Each dwelling has sympathetic detailing and high quality materials to be in keeping with the area and match the local vernacular.
