Lavender Cottage - The Brief
This three bedroom property in the sought after rural village of North Rigton was stuck in the 70’s when MAS Design Consultants first visited. The owner wanted to knock through the tiny, dark rooms to create space and light. She also wanted to give the whole house a more traditional farmhouse feel if possible. A large single storey extension added a fabulous open plan kitchen/living space, while the replacement of a dated conservatory with a double storey extension created an additional bedroom, en-suite and a den for the kids!
