Tinshill - The Brief

Located on a prominent corner plot, this three bedroom detached house has been built in the former side garden of the property shown to the left below. The property has been designed to provide a modest space for the size of the plot, mimicking the local vernacular with similar details and proportions, whilst retaining a sufficient level of private amenity space. The design also incorporates solar panels to try and maximise the potential return for the client who owns the adjoining property.
