Westville Road - The Brief
Situated within the Ilkley Conservation Area, the proposed works at Westville Road had to be sympathetic yet provide the space required by the client. The works were classified as Permitted Development and therefore full planning permission was not needed. The conversion of the existing loft space allowed for the insertion of a new access stair to serve the newly created bedroom and en-suite. Utilising a series of roof windows affords the room lots of natural light whilst maintaining as much useable floor as possible
