The Old Chapel - The Brief
This former chapel situated close to the town centre, within Otley’s Conservation area, has been completely refurbished and regenerated to provide thirteen flats. The scheme retains and utilises many of the buildings original features, conserving its aesthetic appeal. The old Sunday school attached to the building was demolished, and replaced with a large extension to the original building providing accommodation for five of the new build flats. The window proportions and materials used on the extension have been carefully considered to tie with the original property to form a coherent development.
