The Boat Buildings, Otley - The Brief
Originally this site was occupied by three structures, of which two were classified as Grade II listed buildings. MAS Design obtained planning and listed buildings consent for the demolition of the unlisted building, and to retain the two listed structures for conversion. The structures were split in two to provide two individual properties providing a two and three bedroom dwelling respectively. The scheme was a finalist in the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2012 for the ‘Restoration and Conversion for a Small Domestic Scheme’.
