Otley Dental Care - The Brief
This project involved the remodelling of the ground floor Dental Surgery. The establishment was in a Grade II listed end terrace property within Otley conservation area. A change of use application was required to convert the existing first floor designated storage space to an additional Dental Surgery. The external painted render and black paint which had previously covered the buildings elevations was removed to expose the original stone walls, head and cills.
