Tower House - The Brief
A repeat client, with a series of Car Breaking sites across the country, wished to redevelop an existing site, retaining its existing industrial use. He wished to build a new warehouse unit of approximately 2400m square. The proposal also included the addition of a further thirteen light industrial starter units at approximately 200m square each. Our client applied for a European Redevelopment Grant with the intention of the project achieving BREEAM certification.
