Tranfield Cottage, Guiseley
Situated on a narrow plot with limited private amenity,
the existing 17th Century property was a former chapel.
Originally outside of the Guiseley Conservation Area,
the proposed works constituted Permitted Development.
The refurbishment and renovation works were undertaken
by a developer who MAS has completed numerous jobs with
over 5 years. The scheme comprised of a single storey
side extension and conversion of the main loft space,
amending the original structure to form a four bedroom
property. The developer has converted the building to a
very high standard creating a very contemporary and
aesthetically pleasing dwelling
