Fairy Dell - The Brief
Our clients moved from London and purchased a house in Menston, which MAS Design Consultants helped them to renovate. It was during this project that the idea to build a second property in the extensive side garden of the existing house came about. Planning consent was gained to build a four bedroom home with parking and private access. Our client subsequently sold the plot to a local developer for a considerable percentage yield.
