The Water Tower - The Brief

The water tower is a 1920’s Edwardian building. The building is not actually a listed structure or within a conservation area but is extremely well known in the local area. This project will turn the existing unused building into a house rather than allowing it to fall into further disrepair. The existing building also has an extremely unsightly 25m high metal framed mobile communications tower to the side which has now come to the end of the contract. As part of the proposals, this tower will be taken down and thus will have a clear visual benefit to the locality.
